Two gigs lined up at the Acre in Windsor with the full band, including Deni on sax and Ginni on piano but with a stand-in for Rupert on drums for the second gig. Dates are September 12th and November 21st.

Danyʼs been getting himself back into open-mic nights since his return from France Monday nights at the Drury House, Windsor hosted by the wonderful Ginni Hogarth, and the bi-weekly Scruffy Soul at the Windsor Baptist Church, hosted by Mark Richardson.

Live footage of Irony at the Duke of Connaught and at the Acre (in Windsor) have become available, so expect to see clips soon. Also check out ʻAll Goneʼ in the Video section a salute to the old bluesmen (and a woman) with Dave West on electric dobro and Gerry Power on drums.

Thereʼs also the song Dany wrote for Anne-Marieʼs son, Laurent, who died suddenly this February. A sad moment. Piano by John Owen.

Dany has also assembled an album of tracks by an old line-up (Bronzelina Cottage) recorded in 1972- 73. Folk-rock for completists only.

There are also two bonus tracks from the mid 70s; Jigsaw Puzzle and Ainʼt Never Gonna Be No Hero (this one unfortunately prophetic!)
